Anger over Rachel Reeves’ inheritance tax hike on farmland has certainly not dissipated and farming delegates were more than happy to remind the Labour MP of this fact. The Cabinet Secretary’s car was accompanied by a policy envoy as he left the premises – to a rather musical chorus of tractor horns and hordes of heckling protesters carrying signs that screamed: ‘Ditch Family Farm Tax!’ Oo er.
