Two Baltimore detectives have been suspended as authorities explore allegations that they drove a teenage boy to Patapsco Valley State Park in Ellicott City on Monday night and left him there, officials said. Anthony Guglielmi, a city police spokesman, said nine-year veteran Milton G. Smith III and six-year veteran Tyrone S. Francis, who are assigned to the department’s Violent Crimes Impact Division, have been assigned to administrative duties, as is customary when officers are under investigation.
