It can only be because they know it will be a hit amongst Glaswegians and need to discover if non-West-of-Scotlanders will show comparable enthusiasm for a breadless meat sandwich…two Original Recipe fillets, bacon, Swiss and pepper jack cheese and something called the Colonel’s sauce
