Jenni Russell comes to Ed’s defence. Will she mention the second functional brother?

After Jenni Russell kicked off the ‘Two kitchen’ Miliband drama when she tweeted about his kitchenette, Mr S would have thought she might be keeping her mouth firmly closed when it came to the Labour leader.

So Steerpike was surprised to see that the Times columnist is due to go on Sky news to defend Ed:

While this is presumably a gesture of goodwill, Mr S (and presumably Ed) will be watching carefully to see whether Jenni offers us any more interesting tit-bits about the Miliband household. Perhaps a mention of a second, functional brother?

Update: Although Russell refrained from offering any more insight into Ed Miliband’s kitchen situation, she did at least find time to defend him from accusations that he had stabbed his brother David in the back by running for the Labour leadership.
