Full text: EHRC report into Labour anti-Semitism

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission has found Labour responsible for unlawful acts of discrimination and harassment. In a long-awaited report, the body identified three breaches of the Equality Act 2010: 

  • Political interference in anti-Semitism complaints;
  • A failure to provide proper training to those handling anti-Semitism complaints, and;
  • Harassment.
